Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation. We are very excited to host the 2026 U.S Ski and Snowboard Cross Country Skiing Junior National Championships (JN’s) at the American Birkbebeiner Trailhead in Cable, WI March 9-14.

Top U.S. athletes compete at Junior Nationals as part of 10 divisional teams from across the country. Each Division can bring up to 25 male and 25 female athletes spread across the U16, and U18/20 age groups.

Register to volunteer by selecting the check-box beside the date/time and then scroll down to the bottom to enter your personal information.  

Please note, the Volunteer Schedule is Subject to Change, based on snow-cover, course, and over all event, per day.    We appreciate your being flexible. 

Any changes or updates to the schedule will be messaged ahead of the events.
