Thank you for your interest in the Birkie Trail Ambassador program. Please note, this year the Birkie Trail Ambassador program is intended to help support the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation (ABSF) Trail Pass program, to inform and assist in Trail Pass purchases for skiers at designated Trailheads along the Birkebeiner Trail on Saturday's, December 4, 2021 - January 8, 2022, weather permitting (natural, groomed snow on entire trail). Birkie Trail Passes will not be checked beyond January 8th .
Knowledge of the Trail Pass levels, and how to purchase Birkie Trail Passes in the Birkie App are required to volunteer as a Birkie Trail Ambassador. Checking for valid Birkie Trail Passes, educating skiers on the Trail Pass program and assisting them to purchases is the main objective of this volunteer position.
