Thank you for your interest in volunteering during the Turkey Birkie - a weekend of skiing at the Birkebeiner Trailhead, the weekend after Thanksgiving.  Often times the first skiing available in the mid-west that time of year!

The scope of this volunteer shift is checking Trail Passes for those coming into the American Birkebeiner Trailhead venue, starting Friday, November 25 through Sunday, November 27.

An ALL-ACCESS Birkie Trail Pass is required to ski the Birkebeiner Trailhead machine-made snow loops, ahead of any natural, groom-able snow on the Birkie Trail.  All participants must also be registered for the Turkey Birkie Ski Festival, as well.  So, we'll be checking for both.

Please scroll down to the shift details below and select the checkbox beside the date/time.  Then scroll to the bottom to fill out your personal information.  Be sure to click the "Register to Volunteer" button, to submit your request.  You will receive regular messaging ahead of your scheduled shift.

Let us know if you have any questions about volunteering with the American Birkebeiner, for the Turkey Birkie, by emailing Director of Volunteers, Ronda Tworek at: ronda.tworek@birkie.com   Until then, we wish you Happy Trails!
