Thank you for considering volunteering inside the Birkie Office, at 10572 Main Street, Hayward, ahead of the Birkie Week of Events.
Volunteers working in the Birkie Office field many questions ahead of the big events.  Helping answer questions of walk-in traffic, Birkie Office Volunteers also assist with answering phones and questions of participants, spectators and visitors alike.

Informational Training session happen (time/place TBD) once the Official Participant Guide has been published.  Most questions can be found within the Official Participant Guide, which each participant will receive at Bib Pick Up/Expo starting February 22, 2023.    Volunteers can be trained on-site, ahead of the Informational Training Session, as needed.  Trained volunteers will receive the password to access Birkie Office Volunteer shifts.

Please scroll down to find the shift(s) that fit your schedule.  Please keep in mind, Birkie Office Volunteers are often the first contact participants, spectators and visitors to the area interact with upon entering the Birkie Office.  While we host the world, we ask all volunteers to be friendly and smile!  Giving back to something larger than ourselves is paramount when volunteering with the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation.

Upon Registering to Volunteer at ANY American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation Events or Programs, Volunteers Agree to Abide by the Code of Conduct
